Overall, my stay had its ups and downs. While the hotel management was responsive in switching us to a non-smoking room, there were several issues that made the experience less than ideal. The room was basic and a bit dated, and the air conditioning was incredibly loud. However, the check-out process was concerning since they didn't address the leaking fridge.
